Application Instructions



The application will ask for information about the following three pre-requisites to membership. Each of these will be important in your role as a member.

  1. Since our mission is to lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ, it is essential that our members have a relationship with Jesus Christ. We will briefly ask you to tell us about your relationship. If you'd like a simple explanation of what it means to have a relationship with Jesus Christ, you may click here.
  2. We believe that the Bible is clear about God's desire for each of us to make a public profession of faith through baptism. If you haven't been baptized since accepting Jesus Christ as your personal Savior, just mark no when asked on the membership application and we will contact you.   3. We equate membership with partnering with us in our mission. Partnering is helping us fund and being involvement in our ministry environments. Involvement in a small group and strategic service team is a requirement. You will be asked about this on the following page.
Please note - membership is available to individuals who are at least 18 years old. Each person applying for membership needs to complete all parts of the application. (i.e. Two family members desiring membership need to complete two separate applications.)
